Terms of Service Agreement

1. Services

Projected Growth Consulting provides consulting services which may include but are not limited to strategic planning, market analysis, financial consulting, business development, and management consulting.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of services. Clients are responsible for making decisions based on the consulting advice provided.

3. Fees and Payments

Clients agree to pay the Company the fees agreed upon for the services rendered. Fees and payment terms will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of the consulting relationship.

5. Intellectual Property

Any intellectual property developed or provided by the Company in the course of providing services shall remain the property of the Company unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the services provided, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Agreement

Upon Payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Agreement. Thank you for your business. We are looking forward to working with you.
